Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students' diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
