Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team in Chester. This role involves providing personalized care services to older adults living in their own homes, including administering medication, personal care assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and light household duties.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a care environment and a Level 3 qualification in adult social care or be willing to work towards one. A full drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential.
In this role, you will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with breaks each day. The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 per annum plus benefits, which includes a mileage allowance, full training, workplace pension scheme, employee discount scheme, career development opportunities, and 5.6 weeks holiday per year.
