Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Offer companionship and respite services to clients and their families
  • Perform homemaking activities, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

Requirements:

  • CPR certification
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Direct Care Worker or Home Health Aide course
  • Good standing on the Pennsylvania Aide Registry
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Valid driver's license and access to adequate transportation
