Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Supportive Care Specialist to join our team. As a Supportive Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to individuals to live independently in their own homes
- Administering medication and assisting with daily living activities
- Engaging in companionship activities such as playing games or going out for the day
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
- A £200 joining bonus
- Guaranteed hours contracts
