Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Specialist Motor Finance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee information and company documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the HR team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
