Job Summary
Widener University is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical administrative and project management support to the Office of Student Engagement. This role is responsible for coordinating front-end student and department operations, providing project management support, and serving as a 25Live Pro campus software superuser.

Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a system administrator for the 25Live Pro room reservation system, reviewing and approving facility reservation requests, and drafting bi-weekly space utilization reports.
- Coordinates front-end department operations, delivering an excellent guest experience to the campus community, and scheduling calendar appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Schedules and reviews student employee payroll timecards, and attends department events or meetings as needed.

Requirements
- Valid state driver's license.
- 2 years of administrative support experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and standard internet browsers.
- Intermediate database software skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
