Job Summary

We seek an experienced administrative support specialist to provide high-level support to the Dean and the School of Engineering. The successful candidate will ensure seamless organization of meetings, events, and logistics, including space, technology, and catering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Dean's Office calendar, scheduling school-wide events, overseeing communications, and coordinating promotional efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for calls, emails, visitors, vendors, and correspondence, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Compile, edit, and produce high-quality memos, reports, letters, and other documents, coordinating communications with university and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of the School of Engineering's major events and various recruitment activities.
  • Serve on campus committees as needed to represent the Dean's Office and contribute to strategic initiatives.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
