Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Transactions: You will be responsible for accurately processing payroll transactions, including data input and handling payroll-related queries.
- HR Administration: You will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Stakeholder Support: You will provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Production & Mail Merge: You will produce high-quality documents and perform mail merges as required.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: You must have previous experience in payroll administration, particularly with payroll data input and handling payroll-related queries.
- Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions and other deductions: You must have knowledge of these deductions and be able to apply them accurately.
- Computerised Payroll Systems: You must have experience with computerised payroll systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
- Administrative Skills: You must have proven ability to manage administrative tasks in a busy office environment.
- Communication Skills: You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
