We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Specialist Motor Finance Limited in Chester. This role comes with a competitive salary of £24,500-£28,000 per annum.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office facilities, and assisting with HR-related tasks. This includes ordering office supplies, managing inventory levels, and liaising with facility management companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor
- Maintain office facilities and equipment
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including contracts and payroll reporting
- Complete annual Credit and DBS checks on staff
