Ralawise is a forward-thinking company that values innovation and excellence in everything we do. We are seeking an Office Operations Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide administrative support to our directors and Customer Operations Department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative roles, possessing exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This is an on-site position, requiring the successful candidate to reside within a commutable distance to CH5 2UA.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Providing administrative support to our directors and Customer Operations Department.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including visitor logbooks and travel documents.
  • Supporting the Customer Services and Aftersales Departments with administrative tasks, such as order processing and report management.
