This role also involves developing and enforcing travel guidelines, managing travel bookings, and monitoring travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments related to office supplies, travel, and utilities
  • Collaborate with the finance department to track office expenses
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

What We Offer:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
