Administrative Assistant - Payroll Position

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Payroll team at Nixon Caunce Associates in Chester. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in administrative support and contribute to the success of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of payroll reports.
  • Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
