About the Job
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to Trustees and the Chief Executive, including managing filing systems, financial administration, and report processing. You will also be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling enquiries via phone and email, and maintaining confidentiality when processing sensitive information.

Main Tasks
• Assist Trustees and the Chief Executive with governance and committee responsibilities
• Manage administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Handle visitor inquiries and provide information via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A high level of organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data management policies and procedures
• Familiarity with charity regulations and good practice
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this Administrative Assistant role is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive access to relevant training opportunities to support your professional development.
