We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Women and Children's Unit. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to work part-time (33.50 hours per week) as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams, including managing appointments, preparing clinics, and handling phone calls.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including managing appointments and preparing clinics
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background, with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

We offer a competitive salary of £25,771-£31,383 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
