About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare services, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare services, including updating patient records and organizing appointments.
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
  • Support the administration team with daily tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and email management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all demographic information is accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service to patients.

Requirements
