### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating recruitment processes, on-boarding new employees, and maintaining accurate HR records.
* Assist in employee relations and performance management processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.
* Assist in the organisation of company-wide events and initiatives, promoting a positive company culture.

### Requirements

* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the Leisure, Travel and Tourism industry.
* A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
