Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
- Support with employee onboarding, including preparing and distributing new starter packs, and updating HR systems.
- Process employee leavers, including updating HR systems, and preparing and distributing leaver packs.
- Assist with employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
