About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Support with employee onboarding, including preparing and distributing new starter packs, and updating HR systems.
  • Process employee leavers, including updating HR systems, and preparing and distributing leaver packs.
  • Assist with employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
