Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources department. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with HR processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and documents.
  • Coordinate and manage the ordering and distribution of uniforms for new staff and process requests for replacement items for current staff.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
  • Process invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment, and liaise with external suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
  • Strong written communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
  • A team player with a positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Calm and resourceful, able to handle pressure in a busy work environment.
