We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bank Administrator to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the reception team, including updating patient records and organizing follow-up appointments.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and email management.
  • Ensure telephone enquiries are handled in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics and case notes.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Work across multiple locations in Cheshire West and Chester, including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Winsford, Neston, and Blacon.
