Bank Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bank Administrator to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical and managerial teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including updating patient records and organizing follow-up appointments.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and email management.
- Ensure telephone enquiries are dealt with in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Sort and distribute mail, and action incoming requests as required.
- Work across multiple locations throughout Cheshire West and Chester, including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Winsford, Neston, and Blacon.
