Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the department.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and managerial teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
