We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Administrator to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Bank Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and managerial teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
