About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bank Administrator to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinical and managerial teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of our sexual health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including updating patient records, organizing appointments, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our Administration Manager and other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and email management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with local policies and guidelines.
