About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Administrator to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Bank Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics and appointment schedules.
  • Assist with the coordination of appointments, including booking and tracking outpatient appointments and patient electronic records.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and managerial teams to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Support the wider service administration function, including results, test administration, and service communications.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to multiple locations throughout Cheshire West and Chester.
