Bank Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Administrator to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Bank Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical and managerial teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
- Manage patient records, including updating personal details and organizing follow-up appointments.
- Respond to telephone enquiries in a polite and courteous manner.
- Undertake photocopying, facsimiles, email, and memo requests as required.
- Maintain a filing system for hard copy records and ensure electronic records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail as required.
- Work across multiple locations throughout Cheshire West and Chester, including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich, Winsford, Neston, and Blacon.
