The Team:

GCIBT EMEA is looking for a Product Owner to join an existing team of Cross Domain Product Owners located in the UK. The team works with business and technology partners to deliver projects covering Payments, Accounting, Liquidity, Credit, Loans, and Regulatory change, spanning EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise between the business units, technology teams, delivery, and support teams to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with solution designers, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and review trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Perform initial engagement with the business to ascertain concept designs and project estimates and provide technology guidance.
- Ensure timely quality deliverables.

Requirements:

- Business Analysis or Product Owner experience, preferably with formal BA training.
- Experience in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, document review, requirements workshops, surveys, business process flows, use cases.
- Experience reviewing and documenting requirements using an agile methodology (Epics and Stories).
- Experience working with business and technology teams to deliver solutions in a banking environment.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive technical and data analysis experience working with a variety of architectures.
