About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team as a Business Agility Lead. This role will support teams across the bank in agile coaching, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability to deliver value to customers and colleagues at pace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Lab Leaders to provide coaching and transfer capabilities to enable teams to optimize their working practices.
  2. Use data and insights to problem-solve and support Lab performance and productivity, driving lab cadence and data quality.
  3. Be jointly responsible for the performance of the lab, including data quality, optimizing flow of work, Lab topology, and agile practices.
  4. Support colleagues within your lab and platform to implement and refine agile practices, using experience, data, and relevant business knowledge.
  5. Put your expertise in different agile approaches into practice, using your own judgement to decide when and where to apply them, ensuring they are embedded throughout.
  6. Use your knowledge in Agile Methodology and Tooling to stand up new agile teams, providing coaching and advice and sharing experience on the most appropriate methods and tools to use for the specific work required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile Coaching (with relevant certifications).
  • Experience in coaching and influencing senior leadership in adopting agile ways of working and behaviors and in product-based delivery.
  • Working experience of using Agile toolset including JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Agile Delivery Metrics and data-led decision making.
