About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare services, including reception duties, patient record management, and communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with the coordination of appointments, patient follow-up, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • A full driving licence and access to a car.
  • Recent experience working in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with IT systems.
  • Desirable: experience working in the NHS or healthcare sector.
