About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare services, including reception duties, patient record management, and communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with the coordination of appointments, patient follow-up, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve our goals and objectives.
