Job Role:

Job Title: Administrator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week

Pay: £20,436 per annum

Location: Chester Business Park

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
  • Manage stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and process related invoices.
  • Process employee queries and ensure accurate and efficient processing of requests.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records, supporting document retrieval when required.
  • Oversee the DocuSign account, ensuring effective management of electronic document workflows.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in maintaining manual and computerised filing systems.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
