Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is a high-level support role, providing administrative assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and Group General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodation for senior executives.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments for key personnel.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, handling them accordingly.
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents, ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefings for senior executives.

  • •Support the maintenance of company presentation materials, including financial metrics.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of business travel, mileage, and expenses.
  • Process annual leave requests and approve expenses as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and company secretarial team.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in diary management, travel planning, and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and resilient.
