Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and communicating with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with local authority housing solutions teams, internal and external services, and teams.
- Perform dynamic administrative tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner and distribute received mail, prepare mail, and post efficiently.
- Receive, record, and support visitors.
Requirements:
- Experience in the charity sector is a bonus, but an open-minded, compassionate, and supportive personality are essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & SharePoint, with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate and manage your workload to meet deadlines.
- A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
