Job Title: Technical Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clerk to join our client's team on a Waste To Energy construction project. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Manage weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes.
* Liaise with the HR Department for onboarding personnel to site.
* Document control, including Handover Documentation.
* Material management/purchasing.
* Filing Daily and Weekly Reports.

Required Skills:

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
* Proven experience as a Technical Clerk on previous projects.
