Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Align ENT & Allergy. As a key member of our front-office staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and administrative support.

Key Functions:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and their families.
  • Accurately collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and billing information.
  • Coordinate patient flow by handling check-in procedures and collaborating with medical staff.
  • Establish and maintain precise medical records for all patients.
  • Review and verify patient insurance and billing data to prevent errors.
  • Pre-appointments and confirmations for smooth scheduling processes.
  • Participate in additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially with patient-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and office software a plus.

Working Hours:

Tuesdays to Thursdays, 4 PM to 8 PM, across two sites in Riddle (Media, PA) and Brinton Lake (Glen Mills).

Total Annual Compensation: $48,750 based on your expertise level.
