We are seeking a Caring Assistant for Adults in Need to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a caring professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. The role involves working flexibly, including day and night shifts, to meet the needs of our service users. You'll receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. Plus, you'll be entitled to a welcome bonus of £500 after completing 100 working hours.
