Job OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team, supporting adults with autism in Winsford. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support and care.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, understanding, and dynamic, with excellent communication and time management skills. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centered care, supporting daily living activities, health and wellbeing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support and care to adults with autism, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Encourage independence and community engagement, facilitating social activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the ongoing development of our services.
- Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Minimum 1 year experience in adult care (preferably working with people with autism).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Possess a valid DBS check (Enhanced Disclosure).

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
