We are seeking a skilled Bank Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and care to our residents. This is a varied role that requires flexibility, as your hours and days will change based on the needs of the care home.
In this position, you will supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas like medication management and care planning. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and support for our residents.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A warm and compassionate approach, combined with a commitment to individualised care, is essential for success in this role.
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you can expect competitive pay, flexibility, and numerous opportunities for free learning and development. Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into roles like Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing within our organisation.
Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
