We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead - Care and Support at one of our care homes in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, and overseeing the delivery of clinical and pastoral care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement. You will be passionate about delivering best practice and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role:

  • Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
  • Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including revalidation support, comprehensive clinical training, cycle-to-work scheme, free DBS, and access to thousands of online discounts.
