About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Your duties will include supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to the development of care plans and reviews. It is crucial to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our residents.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support
