Job Overview

As a Non-Medical Prescriber in Psychiatry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care through timely medication reviews, reducing waiting times, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in psychiatric care and medication management, as well as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Qualification and Nurse Prescribing Qualification.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Support the senior leadership team in strategic planning and service development.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
