About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls and scheduling patient appointments, including gathering insurance information and updating patient records. They will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure the schedule is filled for the dentist and hygienist.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and schedule patient appointments, including gathering insurance information and updating patient records.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the schedule is filled for the dentist and hygienist.
  • Reinforce the financial policy of the office and ensure that payments are current.
  • Check in patients using dental software and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Enter transactions and process payments during patient check-out.
  • Maintain electronic records for patients, including updating demographic and insurance information as needed.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, 401k plan, employee referral bonus, PTO, and paid holidays.
