Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic Expert

The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical support and education to Doctors. This role is crucial in selling the Vascular portfolio and serving as a clinical expert within the Vascular team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other relevant devices.
- Provide technical product training to both clinical customers and team members on the use of Cook's medical devices.
- Stay up-to-date with developments and trends within the product portfolio and provide market intelligence to the division personnel.
- Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures to promote Cook Medical products.
- Prepare written reports for the Regional Business Manager as needed.
- Maintain our culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance by recognizing, demonstrating, and enforcing compliant behavior.
- Evaluate and ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
- Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards, including Cook policies.
- Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
- Work closely with sales team members and Cook support functions to provide exceptional customer service.
- In collaboration with Account Specialists, meet or exceed account objectives and targets set by management.
- Résumé experience in clinical support is highly desirable, along with knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as high self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Fluency in English (and other languages) is necessary, along with excellent networking and numeric skills.
- A current driving license and willingness to travel extensively for company business are also required.
