Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist, Vascular Division, Aortic will provide clinical support and education to doctors, selling the Vascular portfolio and serving as the clinical expert within the Vascular team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and other related devices.
  • Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning, support, and execution of product roll-outs.
  • Provide technical product training to clinical customers and team members.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to division personnel.
  • Seek and evaluate new product ideas and facilitate ongoing communication.
  • Assure that all new or updated product information is distributed to and understood by customers and team members.
  • Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures.
  • Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.

  • Ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
  • Conduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards.

Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
  • Work closely with the sales team and Cook support functions to provide the best possible service to customers and patients.
  • In close collaboration with the Account Specialist, meet or exceed account or area objectives and targets set by management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Networking skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
  • Current driving licence.
  • Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business.
