The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Respiratory Care Team within the Urgent Care Division. Job Overview

This role involves working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality patient care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting home assessments, supporting clinic staff, and contributing to the development of nurse-led clinics.

About the Role
  • As a Registered Nurse on our Respiratory Care Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, delivering exceptional patient care and making a real difference in the community.
  • You will be required to work 14.25 hours per week, spread across two days (Thursdays and Fridays).

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have a valid DBS check. You should also have experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent clinical skills.

What We Offer

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary of £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Please note that applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check, with costs deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service, which offers a small annual fee of £13 per year.
