About the Role

Care UK is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Care Team Member to lead our care team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with a focus on empowering staff to provide high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a senior care role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
