Leadership Director for Care Services

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home and striving to achieve industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
- Promote a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines, best practices, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, aligned with company policy.
- Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies to build a positive reputation in the local community.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager with:2-3+ years of leadership experience in a Residential and Dementia setting
Able to manage budgets and accounts effectivelyKnowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety LegislationAble to drive improvements through innovative ideasWhy Join Care UK?
