Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a personable and hands-on nurse who is passionate about delivering best practice and is looking to develop their leadership skills.
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
You will be responsible for supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, utilising your nursing skills, managerial, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager
- Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Conducting regular audits and assessments
