Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance to our nursing and care colleagues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, utilising your nursing skills and managerial expertise to maintain the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and conduct assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build close relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to driving continuous improvement.
