Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
You will be the home's nurse expert, utilising your nursing skills and managerial and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement. You will focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring that you conform with the latest guidelines and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance.
About YouWe are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) who is well-versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families.
You will be determined to drive continuous improvement and have a passion for delivering best practice. You will be a personable and hands-on nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and be someone who is looking to join a hardworking and friendly team.
