Head of Patient Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at New Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring effective care delivery and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in quality audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse PIN and experience in elderly care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond to emergencies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.
