Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to prioritize patient care and well-being, and we seek motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in our in-center hemodialysis clinics.

Job Summary

We are seeking LPNs to provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. As a member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer treatment and medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and expand skills
Requirements
  • Accredited practical nursing program completion
  • Dialysis experience preferred
  • Current state IV therapy training requirements, if applicable
